32 week nauseous

I’m 32 + 1 and I’ve just been feeling so nauseous lately. I don’t know if this is a sign of early labour or what but I just feel like puking all the time. I went for an ultra sound yesterday and I got so hot in the room I almost fainted and I felt like I was gonna puke

I don’t know if this is normal but has anyone felt like total crap like this and does anything help?!
