Ovulation cramps?
For those who’ve experienced ovulation cramps, how long do they generally last? I’m only about 4 DPO so I figure it’s too early for implantation symptoms. Although I had unprotected sex the day of ovulation, the day before and the day after. But I’ve been cramping for 3 days, spotting today, and just got heartburn today. I’ve never had ovulation cramping. But my brain is spazzed out trying to figure out what exactly my body is doing!!
