Should I wear a dress or blouse on first official date?

So I’ve been hanging out with this guy I met on tinder. We met about two months ago & have been getting to know each other but now he says he wants to take me out on an “official fancy date.” We’re going to eat at Bahama breeze which is a Caribbean restaurant. Not sure how fancy I should dress, if I wear a dress will I look too dressed up or should I go for it since he says it’ll be our first official date?

Here’s the dress I’m planning on wearing, is it casual enough or will I look too high maintenance?
