Use a 0.5 mechanical pencil to draw portraits. Definitely going to move back to painting soon though.

I like to dabble around. One thing I feel as though I've never been able to get the hang of, is charcoal. I'm good with a pencil though, and colored pencils, and I like using permanent marker. I've always been more partial to acrylic, but I want to try oil. Right now, I've been going through a watercolor phase. That's something I feel like I was never all that great at, so I wanted to spend some time working on it. I've also worked with oil pastels. They're really fun to work with. Here's a watercolor I did recently. Something else I want to try is the acrylic pouring technique and alcohol inks.

I’m better at drawing (graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts, specialized in drawing) but when I took my first painting class, I absolutely fell in love with it. Painting is much more freeing for me. And I use acrylics because it’s easier to manage.

Drawing with pencil pen...and also use watercolors..I just feel with pencil and pen I have full control and when I use watercolors it's wild and spontaneous. Love how they mix spread and dry! Yippie

I do some drawing and watercolor painting, mostly. I enjoy watercolor because of the pretty much endless ways you can use the water and paint on the page. 😍
I feel happy when I can have great control over the artwork but it doesn’t look like it (still looks loose and not overworked), which is very hard to do. 😅

I do digital and paper drawing mostly paper/traditional because I’m way better using my pencils and the tools I need to use for it.
