Anyone else consistently measuring behind at prenatal appointments?

At 35.4 I was only measuring 33 weeks and at 33 weeks I was measuring 32 weeks. My doctor said my baby feels normal size but my uterus is consistently measuring smaller so she ordered a growth ultrasound for Thursday. I'm scared I have low amniotic fluid since I have such a hard time staying hydrated due to hyperemesis.

Any other experiences/advice?

Edit to add : I didnt start measuring behind until 28 weeks!
