Religious reasons. Pigs are considered dirty animals that eat their own poo. So there’s a high chance of their meat being contaminated

Pork is the dirtiest meat. I eat it but not often

Sometimes it’s also about religion. My sister nor her husband eats pork because they are Muslim.

It makes me sick. There are only way I eat it is pork al pastor tacos.

Pig is dirty. I’m not Muslim and I definitely eat pork but it’s not clean. Pigs eat their own crap. They’d eat anything honestly. That’s like eating a bowl of roaches.

Because they are extraordinarily clever animals and the slaughter process is crueler than most animals.

Why do so many people, who do eat meat, not eat pork?
