I came off the pill the middle of september after being on it for 2 years. prior to taking the pill i wasn’t using contraception and my cycles were all over the place, ranging from 28-35 days but no matter what i always had pains 3-4 days before.

i’m on cycle day 35 & there are NO signs of my period turning up. not even pains! now i know the chances of catching straight away is very small and i’m ok with that.

just wondered how long it took for your first period to show up after coming off the pill. did anyone catch the month straight after?
