Anemia during pregnancy?

Anyone else anemic during pregnancy? Or delivered a baby being anemic? And what was the outcome ?

I was anemic , I had a normal healthy pregnancy. I hemoraged at birth but that had nothing to do with me being anemic they just made sure I don’t loose to much blood . I just took pills 3 times a day for the last 6 months of my pregnancy is all ! Healthy 8 pounds 14 oz baby boy ! 14 weeks and healthy as can be :)

My mom was anemic when she was pregnant with me but hasn't had any issues with it since then.  I, however, have dealt with anemia since my teens and was recently put back on supplements again since they're now saying it's chronic anemia.  I have a pretty strong history on my mom's side of the family as well.

I’m anemic. I took extra iron pills while pregnant because I was getting dizzy extremely easily. My son was born perfectly healthy and his blood was tested at 6 months old and he is not anemic.

My mum is severely anemic. She gave birth to 4 very healthy children who have all since gone on to be very successful. My siblings and I never suffered from any complications. My mum just made sure to follow her doctor’s orders and get blood work done regularly. I do have anemia as well, we have a genetic form in my family so I did get that from her. But, I’ve never suffered and with proper diet and supplements I’m fine.
