Pains!!

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I have really bad pains in the lower part of my stomach not cramps but pains and it’s hard for me to stand up I just want to know what it might be baby moves all the time so I have no clue what it would be and it’s gotten worse throughout my pregnancy.
