Tape worm?

I think I might have a tape worm... I’ve been eating a lot and I’m always hungry with random cravings lately and I’ve been throwing up in the morning and my stomach looks swollen... so u think I have a tape worm or something else?

Tape worms have segmented bodies, and the bottom segments of their bodies have eggs. The egg sack section usually crawls out of the anus... do you have weird rice looking things in your undies and or stool?
There are many other kinds of parasites, if you think you might have some go the doctor. Some types of worms can cause intestinal blockage.
