So I'm 19 and will be turning 20 in December but I never got my license before because I was too scared to drive. I've had my learner's for about three years now and it runs out on my birthday on the 6th and I'll hopefully pass the test to get it before then but until I do I want to show my fiancé how far I've come with learning to drive so far when he visits in the next week or two. The problem is is that he moved to South Carolina at the beginning of the year for a better job opportunity while I finish up with college. Can someone with a Virginia learner's drive with someone that holds a license from another state or does someone from Virginia have to ride with me because I have a Virginia learner's? I can't seem to find anything about this.
