Need Some Help.

So me and my fiancee are ttc well this month I just finished ovulating a couple days ago maybe a week , week and a half. Well now my undies won't stop being soaking wet... I'm having very watery discharge and now everytime I sneeze or cough, watery fluid like stuff comes out. Anybody knows what this means??
