I also have irregular periods

I’ve never had acne but recently have been noticing my skin isn’t as clear

Every now and then I have one chin hair 😬 that I have to pluck... Which is new...

I’m not overweight and I don’t have long or painful periods. I don’t think I’m ovulating every month.

I know my doc says it’s not PCOS but could there be a chance it is? If not, what could it be???
