I need Energy!
I'm 9 weeks and some change. My morning sickness has subsided but still gives me a run for my money every few days. My hardest struggle right now is sleeping 10 hours a night and still needing a 3 hour nap during the day. I have absolutley no energy for my 4 and 5 year old who are home all day. Is there anything I can do to turn my energy around or do I need to wait it out?
I'm talking diet or exercise, supplements, tea , etc.
