Should I drop a nap?
My son has been sleeping only 9 hours at night (wakes up around 2am, then I get him to go back to sleep) I’ve tried moving bed time around later/earlier but 9 hours seems to be the magic number. He takes 2 naps during the day totaling about 3-3.5 hours. The reason I think he needs more sleep is when he does wake up in the morning he is crabby and acting like he wants to sleep more but just can’t fall asleep. I rock him and he sorta dozed off in my arms but when I put him down he wakes and cries and cries and fusses and seems so mad he can’t sleep. Any recommendations are much appreciated.
