If I’m out walking anywhere, after about 5 minutes my hand start to turn white. If I walk for about 20-30 minutes they are chalk white except for the very tips, which are very red. They get extremely hot and sweaty whenever this happens and it happens no matter the temperature. It begins to feel numb and tingly. After they are elevated, they become blotchy and then about a minute later, back to normal. Any suggestions???

That is how they look after about 10 minutes and the lighting isn’t very great so they look much more white in real life.
