Brazilian laser hair removal darkening skin!?

Ok so I’ve already had 2 sessions out of five. So far so good in terms of hairs (some refuse to die but I guess it’s too soon😂) however I’ve noticed that my skin has gotten darker around the entrance of my vagina and close to my butt. I don’t know it this is normal, have any of you experienced this?

I will ask next time I go.
