pregnancy test help?

So I’ve just done this pregnancy test dipped it in my urine for 10 seconds then waited 5 minutes as it stated on the packaging... I’m a bit confused as to why it looks like 3 lines??? I checked and it doesn’t have liquid on the screen but I’ve never seen this before on a pregnancy test.. anyone able to help me please

Thank you everyone I’m just extremely confused as I haven’t had a period since 18th August and it was only for 2 days I’ve had a little bit of pink discharge last month when I wiped but it was only for 2 days so I’m just going to do another test.
