Meal Prepping??
Hey ladies! So I’ve been trying to lose some weight, and I don’t have a horrible diet.. I love fruits and vegetables and mostly anything healthy for you, but I guess I’m just pretty bad at the “eating it” part 😁 I would typically go for easy quick meals because it was just there. So my new challenge for myself is meal prepping every week, and actually sticking with it.. I don’t really know anyone close though who has done it before, so I don’t know where to start... Like what kind of meals people more typically choose, or snacks... And how many meals/snacks you prep for each day?? Just more looking for tips or any advice on it! Thank you ladies!!
