My daughter came up with hand foot and mouth disease the other day. Along with strep and double ear infections. I guess she picked it from her playgroups. But I now also have strep and HFMD. We are both miserable.

Any tips on how to stop being so itchy and just in pain while going through this? Ice chips and popsicles help her but for me my feet and hands are just unbearably itchy.
