Should i go to L&D? Lost my plug

Im only 30+3 and i lost what looked to b like my mucus plug it was thick and brownish. Ive been having alot of pressure to the point where it hurts to use the bathroom but it's on and off. Been feeling super crampy today- anyone else feeling this way? This is my first baby so im a worry wart. Also i am considered high risk. Thanks

Call them if stuff is timeable/comes in waves, i lost my plug twice in each of my pregnancies, didn't mean anything but if pain is worse etc then yeah totally call

U should call ur dr and let them know, but it’s possible for the plug to come out and labor starting later. I never lost my plug, I just went straight into contractions and labor

call your doctor, losing your mucus plug is normal but if it's tinted with blood(ie brown) that is a sign of labor.

Since you are feeling cramps I would call and see if they want you to go in. I was in preterm labor less than two weeks ago and i sent in because i was cramping. ( I have been pregnant before and this did not feel like regular labor contractions) I was monitored and had 3 contractions within 10 mins, my doctor checked me and I was 3 cm dilated and 60 % effaced. She immediately sent me to the hospital it took 3 medications to stop my labor, by that point I was 3 and 1/2 cm dilated and 70 % effaced. That was at 30 weeks and 6 days. I was in the hospital for a week, they finally discharged me and now I am at home taking precardia to stop contractions ever 4 hours and I am on very strict bedrest. Now I am 32 weeks and 5 days. I almost did not get checked, and If i did not my twins would already be here and they would be on the Nicu for at least 2 months. It’s not worth it to wait it out, just get checked to make sure!

I was 2-3cm dilated by 34 weeks last time and lost my mucus plug somewhere in there but never even went into labor, I was induced at 37. 
It’s worth checking to see if you lost it because you’re dilating, but dilation doesn’t necessarily mean impending labor.

Call your dr. I lost mine at 29 weeks with my first and had him that week. Doesn’t always mean labor though.
