What’s happening!!?

Last week, Thursday, my period started. That same day I’m at a restaurant with my husband and a baby starts crying at a table nearby ours. Later that day, maybe an hour later, my nipples start to itch and my breast are super sensitive. This goes on all day and finally when I look at my breasts, the nipples are swollen, the very tip is super sensitive and there are little open ducts with white at the tips. It didn’t look like liquid but it definitely looked like I had lactated. There is no chance I’m pregnant but I’m obviously creeped out and wonder why the fuck that would happen! Has this happened to anyone else?
