Follow the insert in the package.   You do need to know your cycle length or average cycle length though.

Depends on you cycle length... i have a 30 day cycle so i start testing around cd12... i dont get surge until around cd 15 and last around 2 days before i get another neg test.

I didn't know when i ovulated. So i took OPKs from the day after my period on. Turns out i ovulate a week earlier than the predicted days on glow. As soon as i put my peak in, it updated my fertile window. :)
