Sick and pregnant

I woke up with a sore and itchy throat yesterday, and my left tonsil is swollen. No bumps, no white spots, no redness. Just extremely irritating and feel like I’m coming down with a cold. Any remedies or over the counter medicines that are safe while pregnant? And have y’all personally had any luck with said remedies and medicines?
