Someone help a girl out.

So I'm what I think is 5dpo according to my app, I'm due in 9 days but I have a weird feeling ? I have acid reflux which is not okay and I threw up once this morning .... which is not usual to me. I'm unsure what to do as it's too early to test. This is very confusing .
