Is it normal to smell blood in your nose without having a nose bleed? I never have nose bleeds so it’s unusual. My nose has been really dry on the inside lately.

That metallic taste and smell can be a result of sinus issues like a cold or allergies or anemia. Or something else.

You could have a tiny nose bleed in the back of your nose so you don’t even notice it. Has happened to me before
