Unisom in first trimester?
I’m always so scared of taking medications in the first trimester. I’ve heard over and over that unisom is safe but I just need some validation. What has your doctor said about it? My first appointment isn’t until I’m 10 weeks so I’m relying on the internet until then lol. In the meantime I’m having THE WORST insomnia. I’ve gone to work twice without any sleep the night before and I know that can’t be good for baby. I need to try something new😞
