Interview HELP ASAP

So I have a interview at 1pm. I just found out. It has suddenly gotten cold and I haven’t shopped for long sleeve items and I only have one pair of jeans that fit. I have no khakis. I’ll post photos of my shirt and shoes options. But can someone give me advice? I’ll be back with an update and more questions shortly.

This is the only 2 shirts that are sorta nice. The job is for a secretary position at a medical office.

I’m thinking about wearing these shoes because I don’t have flats and my only other nice shoes are sandals.

Do you think I’m over stressing about this? Should I just wear jeans, one of the shirts and some tennis shoes? I haven’t had an interview in 3 years. 😫
