How do you get over jealousy in a relationship?

I've been married only three months. And in that period of time I found out that my husband has all these girl friends. One in particular he made a pass at. When we got married I asked that he stopped talking to her. I recently found out he still been talking to her but say it's just friendship. What should I do?

Imo that's his job, to make you feel that u can trust him. He seems to be failing so far, but this is his burden..not your job to not be jealous when he does things that make u jealous

Well clearly he isn’t respecting you or even trying to make you feel more confident in the relationship since he’s still speaking to someone you told him not to. It isn’t your job to “get over” jealousy

You either choose to trust him or don’t. You married him. No sense in racking your head over it if there’s not going to be any change. If you feel deep within he is a cheater then separate. If you feel like you are overly jealous and controlling then put that in check. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t think it’s right for someone to tell someone else who they can and cannot talk to, however! I do also think relationships are about respecting your partners feelings. In this case I feel you are justified to feel uncomfortable by your husband talking to another female that he previously made a pass at. In a mutually respectful relationship you would not just demand that he stop talking to her (you do not own him) but you could express your feelings and the reason you feel that way. He should then take your thoughts and feelings into consideration and adjust his behaviour accordingly, if e truly respects you! 
The other issue is that he did agree not to speak to her but has been doing so anyway. That is dishonest and it is not okay.
