Raspberry Tea and Pregnancy

Has anyone been told that raspberry tea was unsafe during pregnancy? I've used it for bad cramping during periods. I've heard and read so many conflicting things. I don't see my OB until Nov 12 for my anatomy scan follow up. Anyone have their health professional tell them anything? I quit all caffeine besides some chocolate here and there and maybe a few sips of tea at a Chinese restaurant so I switched to fruit teas. Don't want to screw with my uterus after finally hitting my 18 week mile stone after losing my boy at 17 weeks last year.
