Hi everyone!

I feel like I’m posting a lot in here but I’m pregnant with my first and I’m just nervous. So I woke up last night and had some spotting on my toilet paper. Just light pink. Then got up two more times and no spotting then this morning I had more. Then I went again this morning and it looked darker but then I went to the bathroom two more times and no spotting. Was concerned to called my doctor and they did a hcg which was 231.4. I’m only 4 weeks and 1 day along. I was also lifting my 30 pound nephew yesterday. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
