I have an appointment 10/31 and I’ll be 10 weeks +2 and I really want the blood test to find out the gender! We go to a civilian OB, because there’s no military hospital where we are stationed. Has any one been in a similar situation and had the blood test covered by Tricare? All my friends that are going to a Naval hospital have had it covered but I’m worried my OB won’t deem it necessary since I’m under 35 and have no risk factors for genetic abnormalities.
