What vitamins are your husbands trying?

My husband has low sperm count.  He just started taking Fertiliaid supplement. Anyone out there taking this or any other aides?? Any ideas on other supplements would be appreciated.  Been trying for a year. With each passing month I am getting more and more depressed.

My husband started fertilaid and went from 5 mil to 15 mil in 2 months but his motility and Morphology actually stayed the same. So now I have him on a whole another cocktail of vitamins that I researched. Coq10, selenium, fishoil, D, E, L-arginine, C, B12, zinc, folic acid, and calcium. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 and goodluck to u!

Vitamin c & e, zinc, folic acid, omega 3 and coq10! In 3 months of taking these daily my husband went from 3.5 mil to 110 mil!!

My husband took Fertilaid with count boost & motility boost. His counts are still way low but did increase: went from 9 million to 13.2 million, his motility went from 2% to 20%, but morph stayed the same. Total normal motile count went from a big fat 0 to 300,000. Added co-q 10, macca, ashwaghanda root, zinc, extra vitamin c, selenium, & folic acid. Quit all caffeine & switched to boxers. Reduced alcohol consumption to special occasions. Final sample coming up in Feb. We were trying to get counts high enough to try back-to-back iui as we won’t do ivf. 21 months and counting since my husbands vasectomy reversal.😥 Good luck ladies!

My hubby took Fertilaid as well. Now he’s just on a men’s daily as he’s only 2 months post varicocele repair. 2years and counting here.

CoQ10, fertil aid, and fertil aid motility. My husbands numbers doubled in a few months

SO did his own research and quit drinking completely after 6 months ttc. He also diligently took multi vitamin. 
Since the sperm sample wasn't good he has now chosen to take calcium, magnesium, vitamin d3, zinc, coQ10 and fish oil. He also replaced all underwear and now use a pillow between the laptop and jewels.
Doctor recommended one more sperm test before we move straight to IVF.
