Hey everyone. My husband and I are still trying. I heard about mucinex. Can I use any kind of mucinex to help me conceive?

Yup wrong one , that has decongestant in it which will have opposite effect and dry you up. Get plain Guaifenesin

It has to be there generic mucinex with no decongestant, the theory is that since it thins mucus in your throat it’ll thin cervical mucus as well making it easier for sperm to swim

It would be a lot better for you to just both take Cod Liver Oil.

Thank you Les. I will have to look into that. I started staying the gel pills for mucinex. Let’s see how it goes.
