My best friend!
My best friend has had a habit of cutting and today was the first day I was able to convince her to resist! It's one night but it's a start! I'm so happy for her! I know it's not a big accomplishment (1 day) but I'm proud. She saw the scissors staring at her and she held back. :) today was a good day! If she is strong enough to do it, you are too! I believe you can quit, you don't deserve the pain.
