Chemical pregnancy

Can you have a chemical pregnancy with no bleeding at all?? I’m 6 weeks tomorrow, and since the day I found out I was pregnant I was having mild cramps daily and some pains in my boobs and for the last week I have no symptoms at all besides being a little tired. I don’t have any bleeding at all but I just don’t feel pregnant anymore and I’m so scared that something happened, I don’t know if it’s normal to worry so much as I’m a first time mom but I can’t stop stressing that something happened or something is going to happen, I just got my blood work done today (took a little over a week to even get to see my family doctor) so I’m hoping for a good result
