Cleaning products for bubs stuff ?

Can you just use normal cleaning stuff for like change table and the cott and cleaning their bath and stuff or is there something else more natural? Starting to neessttt

We’re a pretty “natural” home in general - I like Biokleen products for laundry + dishes. Vinegar and hot water are used to clean just about everything.

I like to use Method of Mrs. Meyers- both of them are “cleaner” but still get the job done. 
For laundry detergent, I use Tide Organic, cus the real organic stuff doesn’t do anything. Mrs. Meyers dryer sheets. 
For dishwashing pods I use the regular stuff- only thing that works. 
Someone bought me honest company everything for my shower and I haven’t used it- it may be good though but it’s so expensive!
