Always concerned

I swear until I see my first ultrasound (when I’m 8 weeks) I’m always concerned. My ultrasound is the 31st and I had a lot of symptoms lately especially my tender breast. They have been feeling like a ton of bricks until today.. today they feel like nothing, not heavy, not tender, not bigger just plain.. my fear grew some more. I haven’t had any bleeding or cramping. Do your boobs hurt and then suddenly don’t and everything has been ok? I’m 7 wks 2 days today.
