Help!!!

Ok I took a test a day or 2 ago I don’t remember but I let it sit in the drawer and just remembered now to check there’s a faint line there ... is it in accurate I’ve taken a ton before in the past and when I left them and went back it would be one line Never a faint line and the background would be white and clear that there’s only one line .... what do you guys think ???
