So I performed oral sex on a boy for the first time on Thursday and my throat has been hurting ever since and I’m concerned it it might be an STI or STD but some of my friends say it just happens after the first time can someone help me out?

Depends on the person, some people's throats get really irritated giving oral. It's also possible to be allergic to semen. Finally yes, it could be an sti. If the person you gave oral to has been sexually active at any point in his past it's time to get tested.
