Sex headache?

This is odd and embarrassing but over the last two weeks each time I get close to orgasm I start getting a throbbing headache that increases in intensity the closer i get to the big “O” and goes away shortly after. This has never happened to me before. I thought maybe it was a weird sinus flare up. I googled and apparently it’s a real thing. Has anyone ever had this before? I’m someone who rarely even has headaches and I’ve never had a migraine. I’m getting paranoid I’m about to have an aneurysm or something.
