Answers pls

I was late so I took two test and got this result and then later on I got a negative with a different brand. Both faint lines were also different brands. That was two days ago. Yesterday I started spotting and it’s is brown. The spotting has been random not sure how

Long it’s going to last but there is some signs of a dark blood in it. I am freaking out. Any answers?
