Levothyroxine and pregnancy

Hi guys. I was just prescribed 25 mcg of Levothyroxine as my blood tests showed my levels were at a 4. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and hate taking any meds coz you never know. I know I have to take the Levo ( and I am) but I’ve read one of the many side effects is hair loss. Is anyone here pregnant and also on Levothyroxine? If so, how are you doing on it? Thank you,
