Usually if you get itchy it’s because the chemicals in the pads or tampons are irritating you.

Yea. I used to because disposable pads irritated the fluff out of my skin. Made me red and itchy and all sorts of irritated. 
Then I switched to reusable cloth pads.
Life. CHANGED.

I switched to organic pads (I get mine at target) and my itching dropped dramatically. It’s amazing honestly.

Switching pads and tampon brands don't help. Wearing pads, panty liners, tampons etc for an extended amount of time can cause anyone irritation.
