I went to lunch with a friend the other day. She’s been a mom for 3 months. In the past she and her husband were anti-kid, but have since changed their minds. She really went after me, meaning to or not, about being a mom and how she didn’t understand why I didn’t want to do it too. She told me she needed to see what a kid would look like between my husband and I and even asked if his (brand new) vasectomy could be reversed. To top it off, she then said to me “if you aren’t going to have kids, what are you going to do?”. I’ve been really jacked up over this convo. I’m mad I let it get to me and that I didn’t stand up for myself. Who’s out of line here?
