Clinic won’t listen what would you do?

So I called the clinic this morning and I’m sitting here in tears, November 22nd will be a year since my miscarriage and December 29th will be a year since my emergency D&C (from same pregnancy), I requested to see a different doctor to check me over because my boss told me she was amazing during her labor and has been super helpful since having her baby, well the doctor I was seeing before he’s a nice guy but I can’t get anything through to him, we have been trying 17 months now with 1 failed pregnancy, he wants me to keep trying for another year before hell do any other tests (we had an ultrasound to check my uterus that’s it) I’m scared that something happened during the surgery that’s making it harder for us to get pregnant, my cervix opening isn’t even center anymore it’s like on the side now too ( not sure how that happened) but they refuse to let me make an apt with someone else. Idk what to do
