Wait time is killing me...

I'm going on five days late took a test this morning and BFN. I have no symptoms of AF showing. Ive been feeling a little nauseous in the mornings and haven't really wanted the normal foods I normally want. Also I've had this lower back pain that goes into my hip almost like I pulled something.... Anyone have the same symptoms and get a BFP later on?
