In the middle of a scareš„
So all morning Iāve been feeling off. But for the last hour or two Iāve been feeling shaky, light headed, out of breath and my heart is beating so fast that I can feel it in my throat. All Iāve been doing is sitting on the couch and got up to make a phone call to the doctor just now. This is freaking me out. I donāt know what to do (doctor didnāt answer by the way). Has anyone else have something similar happen?
