36w4d Effacement and Dilation

Yesterday I had my appointment for my GBS test and asked if they could do a cervical exam while they where down there since I’ve felt a ton of pressure lately.

My Doctor said I was 1cm dilated and 70% effaced and said I was progressing early?

Baby is in position and low.

What’s everyone else’s effacement and dilation for around 36-37 weeks? Very curious to know.

Update to say this is my second pregnancy and I did have my son a week early so just have hopes of having this one early as well. 😂
