Bad news at growth scanš
What I dreaded would happen in my third trimester is happening, my baby girl is measuring too small (about 7 percentile). Having low pappa-a puts baby at risk for a few things, this being one. Dr wants me to go back to perinatology for another ultrasound just to be sure. If the results are still bad she said I'll probably get ultrasounds every week to monitor her growth! On the plus side she hooked me up to that stress test thing and baby had a great heart rate and movements, also said fluid was good and so was blood flow meaning placenta is still working! Just praying that I can go full term and have a happy healthy baby girl to bring homeā¤
